Authorized use
Stillwave is a private tool for invited channel owners and authorized administrators. You must own or have permission to manage any connected channel and publish any uploaded content. A connection invitation does not create an administrator account.
Your content and instructions
You retain your rights to your content. You authorize the operator to process media and perform the YouTube actions you approve through the workspace. You are responsible for reviewing packaging, scheduling instructions and rights to music, artwork and other materials.
YouTube services
Stillwave uses YouTube API Services. By using these features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy. Availability, API quotas, platform review and processing times are controlled by the relevant provider. Scheduling is not a guarantee of publication at a precise time.
Access and termination
The operator may revoke invitations and administrator access. You may revoke Google permissions at any time. Contact the operator to disconnect your channel or request deletion; retention is described in our privacy policy.
Service limitations
The tool is provided for internal use without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Keep copies of media you need to retain. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
